Thanks for the thoughts, the car that took out first was well deserved, it was a true custom with great attention to detail. We were shocked to even get a trophy, there were many great cars on show, a credit to the owners.
Been quite awhile since I've been on the forum, the Senator only just clocked over 1000k's. We took it down the Willowbank strip at the National's and was more then happy with the 12.49sec run it did, and that's with a full tank of fuel, 38 psi in the rear tyre's, trany in Drive, and the traction control on. To quote from the movie Babe, "That’ll do pig, that’ll do"
