VL plus pack lifters

Quick question for the knowledge base here.

Finally got the time in life to start really looking to my VL GPA Plus Pack and have an immediate question. I was under the impression the lifters were blue in these engines but mine has gold. I’m thinking these have been replaced along with the rollers and cam but wanted to ask the question to confirm. I haven’t opened the engine and I have no history on #379 so anything would be appreciated.

Any thoughts??

Are you talking about rockers? The lifters are no colour - just metal???

yes.. factory = no colour
Gold are Crane from memory
Blue are Scorpion
and plain...not anodized any colour?
Crane do a plain (alloy) set as do YellaTerra

I run plain Crane ones on my race engines...

Yes sorry, lack of sleep at the moment....talking about the rockers. Got a feeling a little work has been done under there. Again, without pulling the covers off just yet, I can see gold hiding in there.
