Yes new, old and any brand/style of PD blower that is downwards discharge in nature where minimal or no effort has been made to stop the absorption of heat into the intercooler circuit.

In the most simplistic terms the images and description on the last page show the benefits of upwards discharge vs downwards discharge style blowers.

I'm interested in where the airflow information came from, in the comparison between the harrop and heartbeat diagrams. Does anyone know?

For example on the harrop diagram, something about that 120 degree bend doesn't look right. The air should go straight through the intercooler brick and into the intake ports. Why does it go up before going back down into the intake ports?

Which is the most efficient PD?

    Why not go a centrifugal/s?

Centrifugal delivers power in a less linear fashion than a PD. I would prefer the bring the torque on sooner rather than later in the Rev range.
