cheers, all this now makes the 1/4 mile so much more interesting and challenging with what I have now I can see a sub 11.3.
At 25psi on the first two runs with MT,'s on, I backed off, the car felt like it had an extra 150kws, I went from the grange to gts, the MT's felt like double that!
Odd that when I launched sideways and powered OFF, that was my only 199 trap speed, the 11.50 was 189. So many options now with rpm psi power. I also turned the car off, and a few times did not have enough time to idle the car long enough to get the AIT2 down, it does drop fast thought with the: 16 hoses, 12L tank and chiller with the fans on full at idle, air temp was in the 30's AIT1 was around 60 in the line up.

A quiet night at the plex, track cars testing and a masive crowd for the burnouts. I did a few 11.5s a 189. A 199 slower time. Went from 25 to 18 psi sports to track mode no burn out. I'd like to try 30 with a 2 second burnout. What I do have is a serious vibration time for the koya's to come off that will confirm the fault it was bad almost a no go
Got about 12 runs in 4 from 1800 to 1830!

Seems pretty inconsistent unless I'm reading things wrong? Varying trap speed from 189-199km/h? Which is 118-124MPH? That's a big gap!

18psi is very low though, that will pull a fair bit of speed out of it IMO. Should be able to run them around 22-23psi most of the time. Keep the burn out going until they give you the hurry up just to see how they hook up with a lot of heat in them.

Are you using the ET's just at the track or are you driving around on them?

What was the temp over there?

Hopefully my car arrives before I start work in late January so I can there before work gets busy.

Cheers I drove to the track my plan is to leave them on for a few weeks doing the wed night then change. I may change to doing tyre changes at the track the compressor takes 10 minutes from 18 to 35 to drive home. Yes I can't understand the speed versus times I think I need more heat and more psi in the tyres. I did a 0.000 reaction a few 1.7' 's I may get the tune adjusted once the SF05 and MT are balanced they did move on the rims. The chiller worked a treat.

Track air temp 11th Dec got down to 33 deg, last night down to 24, it was a good night almost too fast a turn around.

Getting to the motor plex at 1730 for a 1800 start is the go.

I must add burnout spectators GROW UP driving home it's a bad look get on the track or stay home. That's why we have the motor plex. Police need to setup a camera . P does not stand for drive at any speed on the public roads.

Has anyone noticed its not so easy to ballance MT's?
From 100 to 200 vibration is not good i guess the tyre moving on the rim does this i may stay at 22- 25 psi and try more heat. Cheers.

I know of a workshop here in Sydney they is drilling the Koya rims and putting screws through the tire to stop it from turning on the rim, they are doing it to 3-5 different VF GTS's

Prior to this they marked the rim/tire with a texter and saw it rotate on the rim quite a bit.
