    What's on in the ACT?

Just moved down to the ACT and wondering if there are any monthly meets or events that are worth while visiting. I know Summernats is on next week, anything else?

There is a local HSV Club.

Also, Shannon’s hold a cars & coffee type event every few months or so.

Does the Shannon's car and coffee thing have a Facebook page or website?

Are you a part of the ACT HSVOC? Had a look at their website and it's in pretty bad condition. After seeing it I was considering just staying part of the NSW club.

Our HSVOC is a great little club but it would seem that website design ain't our foray. Meetings, cruises and shows throughout the year. Feel free to get in touch.

Cars and Coffee are on Facebook. The event is still growing with a pretty good turnout each time.

Welcome to the ACT mate. We are a passionate little HSVOC down here. Unfortunately I don’t get to enough meetings but everyone in the club is great.

I have noticed a few from ACT popping up on here over the last few weeks, if anyone else is heading over to the Shannon’s cars bikes & coffee coming up on the 9th December I will be there. Hopefully we will get there a little earlier than last time and get a covered park.

Welcome Sapper. I'm often too busy work wise for car club stuff, if the gaps line up I certainly enjoy meeting up. Or taking orders from my wife, but is herself a massive Holden/HSV fan. The recent Torana Nationals were here, I enjoyed it but certainly make HSV look high tech. With your name and postings I wonder if you're Army/ex Army. I'm an ex RMO 3RAR 3CSSB etc.

I am part of the NSW HSVOC, but like you don’t often have time to get out and do drives or get to car shows.

    Good guess, Combat Engineer.
