I have heard lot people in states have used them, there have been lot of things said about it being hard on valve train due to ramp rate.
Case of searching up on camaro ZL1 forums or CTSV forum and gleaning as much info as possible.
Cams are one of those areas which I find confusing...

Yeh I have looked, couldn't be bothered joining their forum. I have seen mixed reviews. Some say it breaks springs or wear valve tips others say they haven't had a problem.

What cam is recommended other than the GT9? That's the cam that was recommended to me.

BTR3 Blower cam is doing well in my GTS 673 WHP. Done about 8000 miles since I had it fitted.

Best the other night listening to a bunch of different cams. Think the BTR3 will be a good choice for a manual.

Works very well in my manual Get a good tune and you would hardly know it had a big cam in it. Mine is tuned by Luis Sola at APS.

i wouldn't mind hearing one. I told my tuner i wanted something that sounded good and didn't really care about power, I got exactly that. sounds awesome but drivability down low is average. Power is awesome to but want so see some results or possibly hear a GT9 cam.

    Hi Guys,

Don't want to start another thread so I thought id carry on here... im toying with the idea of camming my LSA clubsport... im currently looking at 3 cams (unless other wise advised). My car is manual, and I want a nice medium sized cam so it doesn't drive like a dog, can use it on the track, hills, street etc.

    VCM5sc 224/232 @114.5
    GM Motorsport supercharger 217/245 @120 ?
    Harrop H02 224/232 @114

    Advise welcomed

I would be interested in hearing that gm Motorsport cam. Duration is very close to the gt9. Do you know how much lift it has?
