If you don't have access to one, drive down to your nearest Supercheap Auto and get them to run their scan tool on it.
Could be something as simple as an O2 sensor that's on its way out.

Did the previous owner at least give you an idea how long ago he had the work done?
The previous owner was a knob...... probably still is, couldn't tell me to much. Reckons the guy that had the work done he can't contact him, he's away working or some Shit.
When I asked for the road worthy when I bought it he said he would email it To me ..... hmmm I'm thinking something ain't right. So I hassled him for a couple of days to send it ...... finally it comes through.
Inspection date 28/8/2017 .... the purchase date on the transfer application is the 26th?.... dodgy bros inc.

Felt like ringing the mechanic and asking how he looked at it when it was in my shed.

If the CEL isn't/hasn't come on then there won't be any codes logged.
O2's also aren't used on cold start/open loop

Sweet that's a good outcome. 260rwkw sounds a bit low for a cammed LS2 but dynos don't all read the same

I went to the best in the business ...... apparently lol....... read all reviews and noticed a guys name that lives near me, and he is A fussy prick. What's 260.8 kw at the wheels translate to at the engine?

Forget about the number on the printout. If it drives well and goes hard then you should be happy

Of interest what was the poor idle when cold? that was your first point, then it changed to dyno just to see HP?

Was it just the tune or was something replaced?

    348 / 335 approx. fwkw or 260 HP. Real rough RWHP=FWKW. vv
