    A lot of times you reach the limit of the tuner's talent before the actual safe limits of what's possible.
    The car was running a 10.7 safely. There's a LOT of slower cars out there that would have much more dangerous tunes in them and the owner would be none the wiser. Heck, even the tuners doing the work probably wouldn't even know. It's amazing how many tuners don't log fuel pressure and IDC, especially when they're messing with knock sensors.
