    Walkinshaw 557

    Just released http://www.walkinshawperformance.com.au/W-Series/W557/

My local WP dealer has been sending teaser txt messages about this for awhile. NFI how much?

Be interested what the sting is from W507>W557? Might need to make a call! 😀

Imagine what you think is a reasonable price to pay for a cam and injector upgrade, then double it. That should get you close to the cost to go from W507 to W557...

I think for under 10k in mods you can have a mid to low 10sec car these Walkinshaw cars have never and will never run mid to low 10's.

They love the warranty scare tactics so much they put it into the video.

Looking for colder IAT's? we have achieved 11c IAT2 on a 41c day and -8c during winter.
We have proven cabin AC vent temps are better than GM spec, both IAT2's and vent temps are all on video with nothing to hide.

I was told $5200 from w507 to w557 because I've done under 20000klms and don't need to change lifters.

Agreed. Pay a lot for "warranty"

5k for a cam change that would probably be 3k without the WP name.

And what happens then if someone fits the kit and then wants to exceed 20,000Kms over the course of a year or two ? Do you need to have lifters changed every 20,000kms?
