    Poor bloke - innocent bystander by the looks of things.
    Same thing happened to a friend of mine a few weeks ago.
    Some idiot decided to do skids in the wet and wiped out his statesman ( which was parked out the front of his house ). Hit it so hard it was a rideoff.

    Would suck to have your car wiped out by an idiot. Even worse getting your car and home trashed at the same time. Hopefully everything's insured and there's no hassles with the insurance company.

    Everything is insured, but what a headf*ck!!
    Insurance Company (on the idiot's end ) is trying to back out of the claim saying the idiot claims it was a mechanical failure ( bullshit ).
    We heard ( as did the owner of the Statesman ) the wheels spinning on the wet road moments before impact.
    They will more than likely pay up, but what a hassle.
