Hey mate, 9kg is roughly 500lb. So will be 500lb front and rear.

The standard rubber top mounts will be getting replaced at the time of installing the coilovers, but with new 'Sachs' items. These will be pretty similar to your superpro ones.

What I mean to say originally was these are running rubber top mounts instead on metals ones, as some other brands use (e.g. MCA). Metal equals increased NVH.

I have been informed, Harrop have ditched the KW coilovers for the holdens and will now only be stocking/selling the shockworks.

    Cheers.

That sounds pretty good. Just note that the factory springs are a higher rate in the rear due to the rear geometry making the rear effectively softer than the front

I have mca reds in the senator. 9kg springs front and rear , metal tops and cannot fault either the springs or metal tops.
For the track I have 12kg springs front and rear.

    Ok fellas

I've been researching and reviewing comments on this topic for some time now as I want to turn my VF 2 SSVR into my own version of the infamous 2014 Z/28 Camaro.

Why is it that well known suspension manufacturers such as Bilstein, Koni etc. are not doing Multimatic DSSV suspension, or is there someone out there that is?
It seems to be superior in all aspects of adjustment allowing 4 way adjustment as opposed to the older and traditional bump and rebound, the Multimatic DSSV with a spool-valve damper allows four-way adjustment to precisely tune both bump and rebound settings for high-speed and low-speed wheel motions

It's now fitted to not only the 2014 Z/28 but as too the current ZL1 Camaro and the current ZR2 US Colorado

Possibly because even that itself is agricultural technology

It should be dynamic and controlled by the ecu with feedback from gyros etc like what all high end manufacturers are doing now

Lol, Multimatic is a global company and arguably the best OEM suspension available in the elite road and track cars
Adding to that, not many people know Multimatic was the front runner for the W1

I just dont see the point when the ultimate solution is when its electronically adjusted

    That's just it, they are.
They are made to work just like our MRC is only due to their design and engineering internally inside the shock they can make better adjustments so they are, for the lack of a better term MRC 2.0

It's just a shame Multimatic don't do aftermarket

    Ah i apologize
I though it was only mechanical adjustment
Which i didnt see a point in low speed and high speed adjustment

It would be complex to add an aftermarket solution like that to a car, hence probably why they dont do it

I think the next thing for cars will be further adjustment Like amg and the dial traction control
There will be steering off centre adjustment and weight
    Throttle response
    Etc

If money is not really an option, bilstein can do a custom B16 coilover for approx. $6k. this is what is used on their own race vf gts and its amazing piece of kit.

    Looks unreal too.
