[QUOTE=FollowTheSapper;199881]Whatever it is (maybe a new sticker pack SportsCat?) it won’t be a Holden

NOT a Sportscat! it is the
    new ZL1 Camaro... me likey

The Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 is the pinnacle of Camaro performance thanks to its supercharged V8 making it the most powerful production Camaro ever built. We are thrilled to be re-engineering the ZL1 for Australia and New Zealand, with feature highlights including:

6.2L LT4 supercharged V8 with Direct Injection and Variable Valve Timing
6-speed manual transmission with Active Rev Matching and Launch Control functionality or a 10-speed paddle-shift automatic transmission with Custom Launch Control, Line-Lock and Lift-Foot Gear Hold technology.
    Magnetic Ride Control dampers.
    Electronically controlled Limited Slip Differential.
Brembo performance brakes with 6-piston monobloc front calipers and 390mm two-piece front rotors.
    Bi-modal performance exhaust system.
    20” 10-split-spoke forged alloy wheel.
    RECARO performance seats.
Sueded flat-bottom sports profile steering wheel and gear shifter.
    Sport alloy pedals.

and yes, there is a spello in that press release

Sensory overload I reckon, I'd love just to go for a spin in one.

Interesting times .... I was clear earlier in this thread that HSV were heading in a good performance direction and I really expected the ZL-1 to be released in May - and that is still true as an on sale/delivery time ...
There are other good things coming and we all need to be patient and positive as the team at HSV are working pretty hard and fast to broaden their portfolio
As stated previously, the dealers need to behave and not rob purchasers with stupid delivery fees etc etc as already there are W1 owners .... and GTSR owners trying to get into the new 2019 ZL/2SS but can't as they can't get out of their cars due to the stupid money a lot paid to get one .... W1's will come back in price as this year unfolds and so will GTSRs - I can promise you all that
In the meantime there are plenty of good HSVs from years gone by to look at putting in your garage as a bit of "Super" ... and fun!! .... Times are good right now for the positive HSV followers ....
More info to come - when I'm good and ready ...

Bite off more than you can chew .... then chew like hell to you've eaten it!
