  1. Wondering if anyone can help. My VF GTS 18,500Kms with a Harrop Stage 2 Kit just blew the bottom end after experiencing Low Oil Pressure whilst on a driving course around Sandown.
Everyone is just giving me a stock answer, saying that the GTS is not a racing car and there is no warranty on a track.
To me, noone seems interested in finding out why in the high performance engine of the GTS with such great technology, has let go in the bottom end, cooked the bearings, bent a conrod and the crankshaft.
I don't get it. I've been driving for 45 years, had lots of fast cars and never experienced this problem before.
They reckon it suffered oil surge when going around a corner at high speed and high revs. I don't buy it. High tech motors don't blow bottom ends through oil surge.
    Any ideas?
