23rd Annual Picnic At Hanging Rock

Hey guys, the HSVOC will be doing there run to Picnic @ Hanging Rock again on the 14th of Feb, I havent been to this one for a while and theres usually 1000+ cars that turn up.... who's comming?

Sounds like a day out for me......pity I dont have a tow bar or I would drag the HSV trailer along.......maybe we leavre it parked somewhere and ask the graffitti boys to paint a HSV theme for us.....it does look somewhat neglected.

Yep Russell had to stand down....I was thinking about it but the wife says we have too many other commitments and anyway I wouldn't be caught dead towing that ugly trailer....no pride shown in the club by the club......?

Good to see someone on board with the trailer mate, All members have to meet at the calder park service centre at 7, I through my monthly magazine out so I think its 7 maybe just ring Colin to make sure.

i didn't get the mag again. dunno why, prob won;t bother renewing now.

prob won't go to hanging rock as I am busy again plus the GroupA needs a wash and to get it out of storage and get to the BP by 6:30am is all too much on a sunday.

Saw lots of really hot Holdens, Chevs (and others :rolleyes:) coming back from up there when I was going home from work on the Calder!! Would have been a big turn out??
The only thing that confused me was a group of 5 VW beach buggy thingys in a convoy coming back...surely there isnt a club for these things??? had surf racks and boards on :eek: I guess each to their own, but glad I fell the HSV fanatic way~
