Hi i was wondering if there is anything special i have to look out for on a 1999 hsv manta auto ie: common faults etc.Its build number 154 he wants $13,500 and its traveled 165,000 ,its on carsales at the moment and it looks in mighty fine condition,he"s driving it from clarkson down to rockingham for me to have a look at this saturday so any advice would be great ..

It looks OK.
If you can afford an extra 3k or so I'd have a look at the VTII Clubbys. At least take one for a drive to compare the difference in the driveline. Something like this looks good.

I'm a bit biased as I have a VTII Clubby, but I've never thought much of the VT Manta either. Just my opinion as I don't like the body kit.
