Hey Josh.... welcome to the forum mate.
So you would be looking for the AP Racing setup but I would steer clear of the 6piston if you wish to do any track work as you need to run 19' wheels... and... 19' semi slick or even slicks are bloody expensive.
http://holmart.com.au/online/category51_1.htm has the 4spot(new) that will fit your car. Have a chat to Race Brakes Sydney(RBS) they are one of the sponsors of the forum. http://www.hsvforum.com.au/forumdisplay.php?f=83

Hey Bill,
thanks for the info i looked at the add you sent and they are the ones i want (not the ap racing) but will have to save why you say not the ap racing ones and i will be doing some drag racing so i should run 19inch rims as i'm new to all this stuff

AP Racing & Harrop make 6x4 & 4x4piston brakes for our cars. I didn't mean to say that you should stay away from AP Racing. Personally I have the 4x4 setup on mine and I think the AP’s ARE better than Harrop... so sorry about that.
It really depends what you want from your car mate, do you want it to brake really well on the street or track or both? Is it for looks? Are you going drag racing or track work? Are you going to use street tyres for the Track and the Drags? Or do you want to use drag racing slicks and semi slicks for the track?
Put it this way I would go for the AP Racing(HSV rebadged)4x4 piston/350x330mm setup @ approx 3.5k + 2k for track tyres & rims. You would also be able to still go drag racing without any issues because 15-16’ rims with MT drag slicks will fit over the rear 330mm discs.
Not the AP Racing(HSV rebadged)6x4 piston/365x343mm... you will NOT be able to use 15-16’ drag racing slick rims as they won’t fit over the rear 343mm discs.
Just my 0.00002c.... ;)

Yep, I tend to agree. Whilst the AP 6 & 4 piston set (standard on VY GTS, GTS coupe and a few other HSV models) are GREAT brakes, you cannot get anything smaller than 18" wheels to ft over them if you do wish to race.
From all reports, the 4 & 4 piston set does the job well and are priced well, around $3500. Race Brakes Sydney had a 6 & 4 piston set for sale here recently for about $6k - still a good price.
Cheers,
Macca
