Finally doing my car rather then everyone elses cars and planes lol

Not finished only done bout hrs work. Given the body a hard cut and left a patch on the bonnet for a sun before/after shot.

Gave it a good buff

Then gave it a lighter cut then finally removed swirls with 3m Ultrafina and removed masking tape. Before top after bottom

That looks like a massive differance. Webbing is almost non existant. What products do you use and do you use a machine or do it by hand.

I noticed youve taped up the black trim under the windscreen. Ive found it easier if you just open the bonnet lay some newspaper on it then close the bonnet. Or is there a reason youve used tape?

I was using mainly 3m products, abit $$ but i get em abit cheaper through work. 3m extra cut, 3m medium cut, 3m perfect it 3000 swirl remover then 3m ultrafina swirl remover. Just gotta seal it up.

yeh i normally put a towel under bonnet but i was short on towels and got some free tape so i thought i may aswell use it ;-)

I also knew i had to do some short driving trips in the mean time so i thought it would save me having to put a towel near a hot engine and time lol.

I saw a hole in the clouds heading towards the sun so i quickly got the car out for some sun shots round 5 or 6 pm, only had about 30 or 50 second to take the pictures so there not perfect. Webbing actually looks ALOT worse in person. Will get some better ones tomoro before i do mums ve ss.

I didnt have time to get the crap of the bonnet so stiff :P

Need a better camera scratches dont look as bad as they are in person :S Can anyone recomend a good cam? not too $$
