WA HSV CRUISE - Calling all interested owners..

Just curious if anyone is interested on getting a little cruise organised to get the ball rolling??? Give me your thoughts...PM if you like.....lets just see if we can get some numbers and get together. If there is anyone from The HSVOWNERSLUBOFWA on here please dont be shy as i am looking for a way of getting into your club!!!

I think organising something is a good idea though, we've got a fair few WA members now so should make a good turnout. I'll start up an EOI/planning thread soon or someone else can start one up :)

Righto lets get this under way :cool:.

Please post up which date suits best along with if your ok for a full day of half day and ill get this going with the most popular date and times.

December 12th - 13th, 19th - 20th.
I doubt anyone will want to go for a cruise on boxing day or the 27th so that is out.

Then we move into January, 2nd - 3rd, 9th -10th.
The 2nd and 3rd are an option but after new years it might be hard for some but again ill go with the majority.

Also if anyone has any requests of places to visit please let me know and ill try and factor most of them in, ie kings park, zig zags etc etc.
Another idea is to have 2 xmas holiday cruises weeks apart say the 19th of December and the 9th of January????

Looking forward to this already :D, also do we want to be strictly hsv biased or are we open to holdens and even other makes or even all forum memebers even if they dont have a hsv? Dont worry susspectss, technically your car counts as a hsv in my books ;)
If i do get a big response for this i might see if i can get a st Vinnie’s tin to get some donations for maps so then it is all for a good cause and will no doubt attract more cars.

I'm back at work for the next 2 weeks, anytime after the weekend of the 19th/20th is ideal for me. Should be getting about a month off at this stage, so early in the new year would probably suit me best.

Shane/SuspectSS is organising one thru street commodores for the 20th. I'll be at that one if anyone else wants to tag along, I'm sure Shane won't mind ;)

So at this stage, i'll vote for the 9th/10th but really should be able to make any of those dates bar the 12th/13th.

I don't know... There's plenty of things i'd like to fix on mine, lots of imperfections if you look close enough, especially the orange peel :rolleyes:

Yeah that would make me a bit sad seeing my pride and joy dirty all the time which I almost do anyway, i work next to the freeway off ramp and have continuous trucks and crap blowing onto my car so my gts get a wash almost 3 times a week to keep me happy haha, ill have no paint left by 2011 :o

Getting a bit distracted here, Do you think it is a good idea to post an EOI thread on say ls1 forums, street commodores etc to get more hsv's, because by the look of it so far we have about 5 cars haha.

Also i do have a boys trip on the weekend of the 18th - 19th but ill come back early for the commodore cruise, looks like it is going to be a really good turn out! Be good to finnaly put some face's to names too :D

When i get my beast back i am starting test runs next week for a cruise i have up my sleeve, ill keep posting u my progress. Most likely start as burswood then head for the coast! Soo devo i don't have my car for motorvation :(

I have been meant to organise one for a while but i am getting distracted a fair bit.
West coast commodores is having a sound off then post cruise some time soon so i might swing past that. All the details are on ls1 forum.
By the rate im going my cruise might end up being a good friday pre cruise to the plex hahahaha
