hey i have a vp gts and was curious about the original CAI it doest look reall effective was wonderin if any one has installed a pod filter properly as in installed into the bumber or somewhere thats leagal as the are not allowed to sit in the engine bay and this would not be effective wen the engine was at running temp as all it would be suckin is hot air,
as an alternative a high flow panel filter is in the cards.
wat do u guys think would be the best route
thanks

This one's on me ute, mounted under the front guard, directly under the air box....however a K&N replacement panel filter for your airbox and cold air induction will give pretty good results...

K&N panel filters for yours are about $100-$140 depending where you get them from.....Internet deals are usually cheaper....

personally i wouldnt go for a panel filter and cai id rather go for a nice k&n pod a nice heat shield and a pipe coming from the bumper to the airbox feeding it with cold air
