where can I get my holden turbo'd?

[HSV VN V6 Turbo]

Hey, Was wondering if anyone knows a place in melbourne that can rebuild my VN V6 to suit a TURBO.... including rebuild the motor, design a turbo kit to suit, intercooler, etc.

Also Can this be done Legally? i.e with a engineers certificate maybe? or someone who is qualified?

not too sure where it can be done in Melbourne, but it certainly is legal with an engineers certificate, but not cheap. there are turbo kits premade for the VN V8s, but im not sure about the older V6 models.
