Hi guys back again with more questions/dramas,Thanks for clearing up my confusion with the HSV and m6 6 speedtransmition.
My next drama is my clutch fluid,i am going through my clutch master cyl fluid in approx 4 days, the funny part is im 90% sure there is no leak (of course there has to be) today after giving the clubby a good work out i noticed i went through the whole resiviour of fluid in a matter of 10kms,take note it had not used a drop in the last 3 days,HELP guys i think my car has a mind of its own.
I have definatley noticed that if a give it a good work out (short runs) it will use the whole master cyl in a matter of 10 clutch opperations, yet if i drive it slowly it doesnt use a drop

crawl under the car and find the slave cylinder (follow the fluid line down from the master cylinder) youll see a rubber boot on the front of the cylinder where the rod comes out of the cylinder to push on the clutch lever. peel back the boot and if there is fluid in the boot your slave cylinder is stuffed. if it onlv leaks when your flogging it it could have a pitted bore on the slave and the pitting could be on a part of the bore that when your driving casually the piston is not pushed into but as you get onto it you might push the clutch pedal further in pushing the piston into the pitted part of the bore thus leaking out the fluid. I hope thi helps
