my mechanic has a WH statesman international with a genIII. now this next week ill be seeing him and im going to ask him wheather hes got LS1 edit or not (after hearing what the go is with the mods).

now i dont think he has but hes got extractors/twin 2.5" exhaust and a K&N filter. if he were to get LS1 edit on it 1) what sort of power gain would he be getting from using it? 2) what sort of power would he have now after those mods? 3) how much is LS1 edit going to cost him?

thanks everyone. whitelie, im expecting you to help me here lol :p

My CV8 Monaro GenIII it had a complete dual 2.5 exhaust, HSV airbox with after market airfiler throttle body mods then a LS1 edit. The results were 251RWKW. This result was freaky but the edit guy told me before to expect around 220RWKW with this edit.
I think in reality it was really around the 225 to 230RWKW. But the paper showed 251RWKW and Ive heard a few other lucky Monaro owners also had those results, after such mods.
But back to your story I think he could get with the right parts and editing around the 215 ro 225RWKW. That was my experience.
To many variables could of played out with my edit results so Im not 100% sure about the 251RWKW my mistake was I didnt get it tested again by another tuner....

Expect around 25% gain from LS1edit.
Should easily click over the 300kW at the flywheel (or 220rwkW) with those mods.
Its around $900-1000 for a full tune, and should get a minimum of 20rwkW gain.
