Avg fuel consumption??

I'm after some idea from other HSV owners of what could be considered "average" for fuel consumption in a VY Clubsport. I live in Sydney and do a majority of city driving (stop/start/stop/start) and am getting little better than 20l/100km. I'm not pushing it hard at the lights, but I'm not hanging around either.

I thought these engines were a little more 'economical' on fuel than this. Not that I begrudge it - the enjoyment FAR outweighs the cost.......

I own a VT GENIII SS. I have over 310fwkw or 228rwkw and its an auto. I do all my driving in sydneys northern beaches in peak hour which is alot of stop start.

City I average 17-18l to 100k

Highway I average 9.8-10.7l to 100k

I have had a mafless tune and fuel consumption didnt really change before or after.

Ive got a GTO 285 kw, i get about 12.5-13.0 l/100km on 70% highway and 30% city driving. If i do just city driving i seem to get about 17l/100.

Hi there, i have a VY Maloo 260KW and get 16.9 around town and 10.9 highway, not bad at all for a v8.
