spoke too soon

well i think i spoke to quick the problem has come back again the noise did go but i noticed that there was water in the oil after i changed the liffters so i did another oil change and now the noise is back can anyone help please

Heads cracked maybe???? if water is mixing with oil then I think it could be the head has a crack??? Hows the car drive? do you feel lost power or does the motor sound like its going to go bang?

nah the heads not cracked it was the guy that was helping me do the liffters didnt take the bottom hose off from the radiator and he didnt tell me so hen i too the manafold of water got into the block, the car still has the power all the prob is now the noise is still there. i have checked the oil again since i changed it and there is no sign of water in it at all
