What do u need for Track

I was just wondering what u need to be able to race on the HSV Owners club days apart from membership of the club of course. Do u need say a CAMS or DECA requirements. Im very keen on getting apart of it, i'm also well aware of the commitment, responsibilities, 'costs involved in racing' etc.
I was at the Phillip island track last week watching the HSV day and i would prefer that to the usual Calder drags.

Any advice would be appreciated.
