Does anyone know any information about WGR utes?

Hi,

Im a newbie here, actually an ex-ford man, just sold my XR6 (which wasnt a bad car by the way), and now Im purchasing a Wayne Gardner VS Ute. Now the guy Im buying it off doesnt really know a lot about cars, although he does know it has the stroker engine in it.
Ive done a search on here and come up with nothing. Can anyone on this site tell me anything at all about these utes? I know there werent a lot made, so theres not a lot of info anyway.

from what i know, they were fitted with a 355ci stroker, upgraded suspension, brakes etc etc, and a WGR bodykits

Thanks for that. You wouldnt believe the trouble I am going through trying to get the bastard insured. Noone has heard of them or has them on their systems. They wont simply insure it as a maloo, so they want to send an assessor around to check it out.

ahh insurance, 2grand for my 5lt VT on my Ps :(

mainly because it has exhaust, kit, lowered, mags and all the rest of it... :(
