The Walkinshaw or 'Silver Bullet' as i called it in my younger days is besides the hsv coupes, the best looking HSV ever! I'm pretty sure it's also the first HSV road car ever.

By the way, Tom Walkinshaw still owns HSV right?

nope, Tom W still owns HSV, and has a part share in HRT. Holden has basically nothing to do with HSV, apart from the Coupe 4, which is put together on the Holden production line.
