What is HSV up to????
Good question? I’ve been checking the HSV website for the pass half year for info about the next new model GTS range coupe and Sedan, website said no info until early 2004, cool I thought must be something exciting and new, more power, new styling mods and so on. Now that the Melbourne Motor show has started they released the 2004 GTS range, nothing changed not even power increase, SLACK HSV very SLACK. :(
Could of made some minor visual mods at least???

Ok have your say anything from Design to Engineering also Dealer Customer Service?:
1. What do you like about the HSV vehicle or company?
2. What do you dislike about the HSV vehicle or company?

My say:
I think the HSV web site is starting to look old, layout needs a redesign. I dont mind doing it!! :D :D
Im a bit worried I was surfing the www.FPV.com.au site and I tell you what HSV better up the standard of their website. FPV have something going on with their new product range. FPV's web site presents their products very well.
Would be nice to see a fresh new HSV website every year!!!!
Would you agree? :?

Yep, getting a bit tired the HSV web site. What about the archives? Thats been coming forever!!!!!! Would love to be able to access the press pictures of some of the older cars, especially the GTS-R!

Well the 2004 GTS appears to be a bit of downer! But all the suspension refinment sounds great and I think HSV are being very secretive of the real power figures of the 2004 model as it now use the same exhaust and air intake that extracted 20kw from VYI to give the VYII 285kw and 510NM. Looking forward to reading Motor's review next month, they should surely have the scoop on this one! Interesting to see how it pans out overall 8)

i just want to say, i am getting tired of the HSV website as well. i have it set as my homepage, so i can see all of the random pictures that come up in the front.

the FPV co. has come out with a new car, and re-did their website accordingly.

HSV is still a better car than FPV. Or CSV, those posers!!!

Thats a big call man... Personally, I'd take a CSV any day of the week. HSV's aren't what they used to be. They're just pumped out like any other production car. Take me back ten years ago when they were limited runs under 200 vehicles and i'll be happy....To me a car that has 600 other models just like it isnt "limited edition" enough for me. CSV's you can option just about anything on them...."Whats that? You want a blown 5.7L? No problem!"

I just thought I'd join in here, I'm veeeery sick of the HSV website. I've emailed them to have a good whinge about how bad it is. Unfortunately, the email went straight to the webmaster, so he likes his work, therefore defended it, and it's unlikely he's going to take on any of my criticisms at all.

yes the HSV site is getting a bit old.
regarding the GTS; there is no point redoing the car now, upping the ante on the GENIII, simply because of the impending release of the GENIV. although it is a 2 year wait, it is unlikly we will see any new HSV V8 models in the near future. There is however the possibility of a new HSV- a 6-cylinder version. the HF-V6 is due for release in September with the completely facelifted VZ Commodore. Holden engineers say there has been a Turbo kit developed in house at Holden, and it is more than likely that HSV will get a hold of it. Cant wait!!

is there an option for a blown 6.5lt in the mondo?

i like some of the stuff CAPA are puttin out. some of their engine kits are pretty mean and i got a quote for the 700hp kit and it was going to cost a mere 30grand on an exec.
