Hi all just after a bit of feedback. I've tried a search but found nothing to help.
I love my r8 and all but there is 1 thing that I really hate on it is the poor quality low beam. To be honest I need to have the fog lights on to be able to see a bit better. Before I got this I had an excel and it's low beam shits all over it.
Does anyone else have or had this issue and what did you do to remedy it?
I'm thinking of HID or am I just going to have to buy omega or SS lights and just fitting them

I am a little confused after reading the link above.

I have a 2007 Senator , Some people recommend the low beam H7 in the 6000k and others the 4300k

When I look here http://www.point-blank.com.au/H7-35W-Philips-PL-Slimline-HID-Kit_p_168.html
the 6000k seems the whitest to me so anybody help please?

And do people install these Hids on the High Beams as well (H9) ????

Anything between 4300k and 6000k will be a white light. 6000k is getting towards blue therefore, oncoming traffic will see a blue tinge but it won't be very noticeable from inside the car. IMO 4300k is enough light without attracting too much unwanted attention.

I would definitely do the high beams at the same time as the low otherwise you will find they are no better than your new low beams. ;)
