Hi All:

Looking at MY11 and MY12 E3 Clubsports with auto, 20" wheels and leather.

Besides the wheels (although still not 100% sure what the MY11 Clubsport 20" wheels should look like), are there any other differences (mechanical or cosmetic) between MY11 and MY12 models?

Any definitive advice would be great as I've been getting conflicting opinions.

Cheers.

The 20" wheels for a MY11 Clubsport should be Pentagons.
For the MY12 the 20" Upgrade is the SV Performance wheel in Dark Stainless.
I'm not aware of any Mechanical or Cosmetic differences between the MY11 & MY12.
The only thing that I am aware is the radiator mounting is different on the MY12, New Luxury rear Spoiler and there are some newcolours.
It's a buyers market right now so you should be able to get a great deal.

What is the update to the Sat Nav? Is it something that can be done next time the car is in for a service?

Not sure, all I know is that the 11 doesn't know where my house is and the 12 does

Sounds like the wheels and upgraded Sat Nav are the main differences between a MY11 and MY12. Can the MY11 Sat Nav maps be easily updated?

There certainly seem like a number of deals out there.

What I find strange is that there is such a large spread in advertised prices, even for new MY11 or 2011 MY12 Clubsports, and some dealers seem less than interested in sourcing one for me. I'm ready to buy, but still am getting a bit of a run-around. Any good dealer/salesperson recommendations in the Sydney region?

The MY12 have major software updates for the IQ system (due to system glitches) and sat nav as mentioned.

I'm ready to buy, but still am getting a bit of a run-around. Any good dealer/salesperson recommendations in the Sydney region? Bit out of Sydney, by the dealer I bought from in Canberra sourced what I wanted and did a good deal. Might be worth a call at least. I can PM you details if you want.

Thanks LUCFR. Please do PM me with any details you can share about dealership/salesperson, service/price etc. I dont mind buying from a dealer in Canberra if they look after their customers.

Northside Holden, speak to Kathie. She knows her stuff! New dealership, part of the Alto group.
