Bahahahahahahha. Now that is funny. Well done. Jay and Silent Bob rock. Like the mini me home boy too......just want to grab him and stick him in the glove box so I can get him to dance on the dash every now and then.

Well I am absolutely ecstatic to say that the Whale now has a new song. the DOOF DOOF has finally been installed and OOOOHHHH what a totally mental sound she sings now. Couldn't be happier with the quality of the speakers or the thump in the nads the amp gives. wrapped with the final look of it thanks to the hard work and care factor Zman put into the job. Love your work bro.
Still got a couple of tiny things that could be tidied up in the weeks to come but they are really only me being anal (back off Richo....that aint an invite) and you'd have to be a 3 foot midget to notice what needs to be smartened up.
So overall, after 2 sessions....the first being a mammoth 17 hour non-stop head fark (only because we encountered a few minor delays like accessing the tweeters only to learn we couldn't mount the new ones.....a couple of hours wasted, then another couple trying to install not one but two iPhone integration kits only to find they weren't compatible with the Bose head unit...another loverly couple of hours neither of us will get back) that ended in us throwing in the towel when we realised that the amp was no way known going to be able to be mounted at the reverse angle we wanted it to.....not without a few good nights sleep and some careful thought. The second effort was today and all was done in about 4 1/2 hours. Not bad considering how messed up Zman was last night.....man that was a funny night.:lol::lol::lol:

So what has gone into the great White Whale?
A 5 channel 1,000 W Polk amp
2 X Morel 6" in the front doors
2 X Morel 9" splits in the parcel shelf
1 X 12" Morel sub in a box
A couple of metres of cabling and a farking sh!t load of sound matting....which by the way I found an outlet here in Melbourne that does a better performing mat than Dyna Mat for half the price.....yep....half price. 9 sheets for $149 instead of the $300 Dyna Mat costs. Google Solvaris Supershield.

So thanks Zman....may the DOOF DOOF be with you always.
