Just bought my first vz clubby. Only problem it did not come with a manual for the sat nav. Any one know where l could down load one or buy one?

OKay what you need to do is eject the disk. This will tell you what type it is and I'm guessing it's a Dayton. Figure this out then just go to their website.
Easy peasy bro.

Thanks mate. This is my first hsv so every thing is new to me. What disc and where would be?

If it is the same as my Z Senator, disc is in the unit which should be hanging under the parcel shelf in the boot. Yes, it should be a Dayton ... easy to use .

I pick up the car next week but am pretty sure there is nothing in the boot. In the dash maybe?

Its a pioneer if thats any help

you must have an aftermarket unit in there.

is it a full touch screen unit?

if so it would be as easy to use as your everyday navman / tomtom

Yes it is a touch screen. There is also dvd screens in the head rests. Was this a hsv option?

Not sure ... these Head Rest DVDs were more for Grange, and maybe Senator as an option ... but hey, all the better for you.

G'day guys,
Pulled out one of the headrest monitors today and found that they are the genuine blaupunkt holden ones. They work fine but have no controls to use in the back. Did these units come with remotes?

Hi ! Welcome to the forum and congrats on your first HSV ! How r u finding the nav on your pioneer deck? Easy to use? The reason I'm asking is I bought a top of the range pioneer double din two weeks ago with the nav , iPod control ect and found the nav part very very poor and not very user friendly. So much so I took the unit back where I got it for a full refund:-o since then I bought the top kenwood with the same features and wow what a difference. Strange as I thought pioneer was the top unit. Anyhow I hope ur not having the same luck as I had.

Yes there is a remote for the rear DVDs (WK Grange). Hardly looked at it. You might find it in the rear armrest console (if fitted). Any headphones can fit the jacks - I got foldables to go in the console pocket.
Dealer can probably get you one if you can't find a programmable after market one (try JB Hi-Fi or similar).
