Any thoughts? Just thought I'd start a new thread while bouncing around listening to the new Iron Maiden album.."The final frontier" Amazing thing this i-tunes thing, so easy to spend money there, dangerously so. Almost as bad as that HSV site, or walkys or...
Well you get what I mean.
Anyway, back to the point, this new album rocks, if your an old maiden fan like me, as the man in the hat says "do yourself a favour.." Worth a listen.
I think this album will make it that little bit harder to stay under the speed limit, or at least below Mr Plod's radar threshold. :D

Meh...not a huge fan of iron maiden but respect on your choice. Personally, wide range including the obvious but when it gets down to it just lay some heavy heavy monsta dub on me and I'm on another planet.
I-Massive. JahsEcho, Bad Brains, Mad Professor, Aldubb, Mafia & Fluxy, Dadawah, Alien Applause, Jah Shaka, Dubblestandart, Black Uhuru, Doobie Sounds, Mighty Pastak, Speakah Productions.......just of the top of my head.
If you like base line then search Reaggae Dubwise.com, DUBWISE, or The Dub Zone podcasts on iTunes.
Might need a new subby if ya crank it though:D:D:D:D

Jah Rasta.

Brian Johnson on Top Gear last night reminded me that it was time for a little "let there be rock" followed by a "whole lotta rossie" etc etc..

I constantly embarrass myself everyday...

I listen to 80's and early 90's with a mix of some rNb. The other day I had Lauryn Hill - Can't take my eyes off you, on loud with my window down. I slowed down at a set of lights, and almost everyone was looking at me smiling lol. My wife said "you're in a beasty car with gay music"

LMFAO,
Love Reggae too, I keep threatening my kids I'm gonna grow dreads but they just don't see the funny side...

As for the head space, random drug testing gets in the way of that sort of thing...

Add to the mix ZZ top, gotta love their work!

Here's a few... most of you will probably never have heard of some of them!
America, Doobie bros, Beach Boys, The Eagles, Bon Jovi, White Snake, Jerry Lee Lewis (still rock'n @ 70+!), Elvis, Kylie, & Simply Red (went to their Melb Concert last week), & finally "The Shadows" (Cliff Richards' backing group...the lead guitarist, Hank Marvin, is the best exponant of a Fender Stratocaster in the world! Most well known song from Hank & the shadows is "Apache"....hear it on a good sound system & it'll blow you away)
Cheers, Pickles.

Awesome, all of that, gonna add to the mix DIO, Holy Diver great album. Just wish I had a car stereo to suit, it just sounds better when it's loud enough to rock my world! Now, next question has to be whats the best music to clean / polish / and wax your car too, and then lets not forget paying attention to the inside bits and pieces too?
