I posted in the intro section then saw this area which might be more appropriate for me...

As a Holden lover I've always had something from GM from my first car (HZ Kinger) to my current vehicle (VY Acclaim).
Now I'm looking at getting something much sexier in the HSV way and was wondering what would be good.
I'm a bit worried also in that I live behind Chapel St in Melbourne and have to park on the street. Don't know how safe my ride will be there...

Anyways here's some sweet babies I'm looking at...please tell me what you think. Ta!:)

NONE of them.
Go HSV VZ. You then get the mighty 6 litre LS2 engine, & a much stronger driveline. You might have to save up a little bit more, but it will be well worth it when you "put the pedal to the metal"!
Cheers, Pickles.

There's a pretty big gap in your price range if you're looking at 20K for a VU Maloo and 30K for the other 2.

I wouldn't buy a car off ebay... But that Clubby is advertised around a few forums. Pretty sure its on here. Looks to be a good buy if you don't mind mods already being done (some people like it, some don't. IMO it saves you a fair bit of coin compared to getting it done yourself).

Nothing wrong with the Y series HSV's, but if you're looking at spending 30K, I would consider a Z Series R8 as mentioned above.

Yeah my price range is actually between about 10k and 30k. Don't really know what I want. Just something sexy and good value.
