Greetings,

I asked the wife for a cold induction for xmas and got the tentative okay. I have done a bit of looking around and SSInductions have one in the works for the VE. Question is, will a SS kit fit on a GTS...

Anyone ever buy their products before?

Any advice, options or info would be appreciated.

Cheers,
Dan

i have SS inductions for my VY SS but i believe there is better. a OTRCAI set up is far greater. it's positioned on top of the radiator and goes diectly to the throttle body. i do not know what SS inductions are coming up with for the VE but i assure you it will be for the VE.... not just the GTS.

You will already no doubt, have a better than standard induction set up on yours compared to a basic model (can not confirm but that is the same for previous GTS models) so you will not probably not get that much gain from an SS inductions kit. Look into it before buying. Suggest go to a performance specialist that mainly deals with our motors. not a generic "do anything" motorshop and they may have already played with one.

Where bouts you from? i may be able to put in touch with someone.

Don't waste your money, its been proven there not worth a cent and its even been shown to lose power on other forums. What state you from? there are plenty of other cai options at reputable workshops that actually increase significant power.

Maybe wait out to see if there going to introduce the OTRCAI which so far isn't able to be fitted to the VE.

I am in no serious rush..i wouldnt do a thing till it has 5k kms anyway so I will keep my options open until something is proven worth it. Last thing i want is to lose power by being a guinea pig installing untested/untried kit. ORTCAI seems the way to go or Ill wait for the best option in the CAI/exhaust/chip area. I am also wary of something to difficult to take out if there are warranty related issues. I have a 6 year warranty would be pretty stupid to void it

I am in Manly/Sydney.
