My 2004 Model HSV Clubsport R8 for sale, owned the car for 12 months, love the car but selling to travel overseas.

The car is in exceptional condition considering its age and the amount of Km's on the clock. I have personally spent over 15k on the car in the last 12 months, and mechanically it is in A1 condition. In the time I've owned the car it is had:

New Heavy duty clutch, Full twin 2.5" exhaust with high flow cat's, 4 new disc rotors, pads, calipers have been reconditioned and cleaned. HID headlight and foglight conversion. new radiator, hoses, pulleys, drive belt, spark plugs, K&N air filter.

Every single bush on the car has also been replaced with nolathane bushes, new tie rod ends, sway bar link, steering arms, essentially the entire front end is less than 12 months old. in the rear all the bushes have been replaced, camber adjustment kit has been fitted for better grip/tyre wear, lowered on king springs, new shocks. the car has been serviced every 5000kms with high performance fully synthetic oil, with transmission fluid and diff oil being drained and replaced as well. I really could keep going on but it would be easier to tell you what ISNT new.

The car has also had a tune, and currently reads 400rwhp (250rwkw) and 500nm of torque!. The picture of the dyno run I have provided was taken BEFORE the tune, I did not receive a print out of after the tune. This car is amazing to own, amazing to drive, sounds awesome, its incredible fun and the best car I've ever owned. Really sorry to have to see it go.

Please make an offer, and genuine interest only, no pilots! Call or Text Jason 0404201249
p.s. genuine HSV engine cover also comes with the car, mint cond. Link to carsales is here:

If the dyno print out is BEFORE the tune, thats a lot of RWKW (237 to 240 RWKW) for a Stock VYII R8.
And I think he means 400HP (@ Flywheel) is approx same as 250 RWKW??

I agree, figure is very high for a stock LS1 if that was untuned. The 240rwkw figure is more like a tuned result. And as said, this is 321rwhp. It should have been around the 215rwkw/285rwhp mark before a tune and picked up ~40rwhp.

400rwhp is a decent head and cam combo's power figure.

HP/F said my Stock 225 RWKW (305.9RWHP) was pretty high for a stocker on their dyno, and mine is truly completely stock LS1...

So yeah, not sure on the quoted figures for the ad???
